Cartesian storer 

  • Storage of the boards, trays or racks on continuous lines 
  • Enables to switch 2 or several types of boards, trays or racks simultaneously
  • Cartesian system with 2 lines and 1 motorised push unit
  • Different capacity depending on the format and pace of the boards, trays or racks 
  • Can be used as a buffer  

Noria storer 

  • Storage of the boards, trays or racks on angle iron   
  • Different capacity depending on the format and pace of the boards, trays or racks
  • Can be used as a buffer 

Mode de fonctionnement

Cartesian storer

  • On a continuous line, the boards, trays or racks are stopped by groups and are transfered via a push unit onto a waiting zone,  
  • The robot gripper drops a different group of boards, trays or racks to start the process again with a different type of product,  
  • The robot gripper stores the boards, trays or racks that are to be taken out of the circuit by stacking them on top of each other, the cycle ends when the boards, trays or racks have been fully switched round, 
  • At the end of the production, the group of boards, trays or racks can be stored onto different columns. 

Noria storer 

  • On a continuous line, the boards, trays or racks are stopped one by one or by groups and are lifted up onto different levels, 
  • The evacuation of the boards, trays or racks is done by the reverse movement
